Asset Archive is built with security at every layer. We are working toward SOC 2 Type II certification so you can trust us with your most important brand assets.
Security Overview
We protect your digital assets with industry-standard encryption, secure infrastructure, and strict access controls. Our security program covers application security, cloud infrastructure, data protection, and incident response.
Infrastructure
Asset Archive runs on modern cloud infrastructure with automatic security patches, network isolation, and redundant storage. All production systems are hardened and monitored around the clock.
Data Protection
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Backups are encrypted and stored in geographically separated locations. We never sell your data and only access it when you ask us to for support.
Access Control
Role-based access controls keep your workspace data private. We support strong authentication, password hashing, and session management. Additional account security features such as two-factor authentication are available in the customer portal.
Compliance (SOC 2 in Progress)
A SOC 2 Type II audit is currently in progress. We will publish our report and compliance status as soon as the audit is complete. In the meantime, you can contact us for the latest security documentation or to discuss your requirements.
